Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Treasury or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Knowledge of cash management, banking systems, financial markets, and economic trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to embrace automation and artificial intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the company's cash position to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Lead daily cash forecasting, actualization, and analysis to optimize cash management strategies.
• Support investment decision making, coordinating inputs and monitoring performance for senior management.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for timely and accurate transactions.
• Execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other cash movements per policies.
• Assist in the preparation of executive level month-end materials.
