Job summary

Mercury is seeking a hands-on Treasury Operations Analyst to own cash management, reporting, and automation. You will manage daily cash movements, position reporting, and reserve funding, while building scalable tools to reduce manual work.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled process improvements and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting and Data teams. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in treasury-related finance roles, strong data modeling, and comfort with SQL/Snowflake.

Qualifications

2–5 years in treasury operations or related finance/accounting function.
Strong data modeling skills; comfortable with large datasets.
Experience turning manual processes into scalable automations.
Familiarity with SQL; Snowflake a plus; ERP/GL systems like NetSuite helpful.
Proven ability to work with AI tools to prototype automated processes.

Responsibilities

Execute and approve daily cash movements across Mercury's accounts with proper authorization.
Maintain daily cash positioning and reporting across all accounts.
Design, build, and maintain automated cash and liquidity reporting tools.
Own bank reserves, access rights, and related admin tasks.
Collaborate with Accounting and Data teams for data feeds and accuracy.
Support ALCO and management reporting with timely inputs.
