Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar area.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of previous experience (in addition to education requirement).

Responsibilities

• Actively assess and assign incoming financial assurance requests.
• Collaborate with management, brokers, and financial institutions to ensure instruments meet specifications and policy.
• Assist in monitoring and costing the financial assurance portfolio and processing invoices.
• Prepare financial presentations for management, the Board, and external parties.
• Proactively lead projects with defined goals, timeline, milestones and action items.
• Assist in the daily operations of captive insurance and review of financial activity.
• Prepare month and quarter-end reports and reconciliations.
