Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a dynamic fundraising professional to lead Do What You Love to End ALZ initiatives remotely in the U.S. This role focuses on recruiting top volunteers, building corporate partnerships, and driving peer-to-peer fundraising programs.

Responsibilities include developing leadership networks, coaching volunteers, and executing planned fundraising events to meet revenue targets. Strong communication and community engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate and coach volunteers in a fundraising environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work on a team and develop relationships in the community, including corporate partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of fundraising events or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve current targets for the Do What You Love to End ALZ in your assigned market.
• Follow and implement our comprehensive development plan for Do What You Love to End ALZ including budgets, timelines, team recruitment and retention strategies, volunteer committee development, marketing/PR and logistics.
• Rapidly develop community contacts to recruit high-level volunteer leadership on the Do What You Love to End ALZ committee.
• Train, coach and develop volunteers to achieve goals and be successful in their respective roles.
• Prospect, cultivate and steward DWYL leads and participants to achieve the revenue goals.
