In this fully remote role, you will be a primary point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries, changes, cancellations, and special requests to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

You will respond to messages via email, phone, and chat, stay organized, work independently, and learn new booking platforms quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or support roles preferred).
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities
