Sunkissedandmoonlitravel is seeking a Travel Support Specialist to guide clients through their complete travel journey, from booking through post-trip follow-up, all from a fully remote workspace.

You will manage reservations, respond to inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms, and ensure every detail is accurate. The role offers flexible hours, 20-40+ hours per week, and a clear training program to help you grow in the travel industry.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Customer service or travel industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Support clients from initial booking through post-travel follow-up
• Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Communicate professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
• Research travel options and destinations based on client preferences
• Maintain accurate, organized records of all bookings and client information
• Provide proactive check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
• Use systems and tools to coordinate multiple trips seamlessly
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
