Job summary

Sunkissedandmoonlitravel is seeking a Remote Travel Planner to coordinate travel arrangements, manage itineraries, and communicate with clients from start to finish. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and the chance to develop skills in travel coordination and client support.

You'll research accommodations, transportation, activities, and destinations; handle bookings, confirmations, and changes; and keep client records accurate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel planning from initial client request through final confirmation
• Research and organize accommodations, transportation, activities, and destinations
• Assist with booking tasks, confirmations, changes, and follow-ups
• Manage client preferences, reservation details, and itinerary information
• Keep client records accurate and up to date
• Monitor outstanding details and ensure timely task completion
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
• Use digital tools and systems to organize workflow and track multiple requests
