Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to convert client dreams into booked itineraries. You will pair destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach, designing custom trips from initial inquiries to confirmed reservations.

You will manage flights, stays, tours, and packages while guiding clients through quotes, options, and final bookings, all from a remote setting.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide clients.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner with new tools: CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
