Job summary

Elite Escapes, a remote-friendly travel company, seeks a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to craft personalized itineraries and guide clients from inquiry to confirmed reservation. You will pair destination expertise with a consultative sales approach for solo trips, group getaways, destination weddings, or family travels.

You will leverage CRM and booking tools to present options, close sales, and ensure seamless end-to-end service while sharing insider knowledge and timely

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills with ability to handle objections and guide clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner with new tools like CRMs, booking engines, and analytics dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
