Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required.
Genuine love for travel.

Responsibilities

Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
Stay with clients from start to finish - pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
