Job summary

Globus family of brands is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the primary post-booking support resource for travel advisors and agency partners. You will handle reservations, account servicing, travel documentation, and pre-travel needs via phone, email, and CRM channels, delivering personalized, responsive service that reflects our core values.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and product knowledge, with CRM and Microsoft Office experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of experience in sales, customer service, travel, hospitality, or a contact center environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business technologies.

• Responds promptly to advisor email inquiries, website-generated requests, and service-related communications.
• Develops strong working relationships with internal departments to effectively support advisor and client needs.
