Globus family of brands is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary post-booking support resource for travel advisors and agency partners. You will handle reservations, documentation, and readiness while guiding advisors on destinations and policies.

Strong communication and CRM proficiency are essential to succeed in this remote role serving US/Canada markets. You will collaborate across departments, manage multiple priorities, and ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

Qualificações

• 1 year+ of experience in sales, customer service, travel, hospitality, or a contact center environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business technologies.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and schedule adherence skills.
• Travel industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfills our commitment to travel advisors by providing high-quality post-booking support via phone and email.
• Resolves advisor inquiries and service concerns by researching issues and offering effective solutions.
• Maintains expertise in products, destinations, supplier policies, and service procedures.
• Manages Dynamics 365 (CRM) tasks to ensure requests and follow-ups are completed on time.
• Builds strong relationships with travel advisors and internal departments to support client needs.
