Job summary

Worldpackers is seeking an Epic Sales Representative to own the moment of every trip launch. You will welcome curious travelers, build genuine connections, and help them say yes to the adventure.

Between launches, you will follow up with interested travelers, keeping our HubSpot CRM up to date and guiding them to the next relevant launch or trip with open spots. This is a high-energy, people-first sales role conducted remotely, with compensation based on base pay plus per-sale commissions.

Qualifications

• Outstanding written English: warm, fast, energetic, and human.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume work.
• Strong organization and self-direction to own launches.

Responsibilities

• Launch week: welcome travelers, build genuine connections, and drive bookings.
• Reply to new members personally to ensure they feel seen and excited.
• Run daily launch sequences across multiple campaigns and keep momentum.
• Between launches: follow up with interested travelers and keep HubSpot updated.
