Job description

• Join a fully remote, purpose-driven team helping travelers turn their dream trips into unforgettable experiences.
• Lead engagement and sales during live group travel launches, building vibrant WhatsApp communities.
• Connect with people from diverse backgrounds and create excitement around unique travel experiences.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage WhatsApp communities of 50 to over 1,000 potential travelers during five-day launch campaigns.
• Execute daily launch activities including content posts, Q&A sessions, and booking announcements.
• Maintain HubSpot records and follow up with interested travelers through WhatsApp and email.

Requirements:

• Excellent written English and comfort managing high volumes of messages across multiple WhatsApp groups.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow a structured daily schedule independently.
• Experience in community management, sales, or customer engagement is an advantage.
• Base pay of USD 1,200 per month with additional compensation per adjusted sale.
• Fully remote working arrangement with flexibility to work from your location.
