Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete intensive training on products, procedures, policies and tools.
• Manage contacts from Gold/Platinum members, providing solutions for their travel requests.
• Assist with private account claims (e.g., mileage awards).
• Pay attention to customer requests and proactively offer options.
• Generate revenue through ticket sales and associated products.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Work full-time, operating 24-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, day/night, and overnight duties.
• Perform voluntary overtime and mandatory additional time as required.
• Achieve performance metrics and pursue continuous development.
