Job summary

American Airlines in Carson City is seeking a part-time Representative to assist with home and global ticketing, seat assignments, boarding passes, and customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will handle day-of and future-dated ticketing, support connecting flights, promote Admirals Club memberships, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience. Must have strong English skills and be able to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Legitimate U.S. visa (B1/B2) required.
• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or Customs safety badges, if relevant.
• Strong customer‑service and engagement experience in a hospitality environment.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle comprehensive home and global ticketing, boarding‑pass issuance, seat assignments and improvements.
• Manage day‑of and future‑date ticketing, and address customer needs during off‑time table operations, including rerouting itineraries.
• Provide operational guidance, meet customers, and assist with connecting flights and boarding.
• Promote Admirals Club memberships and renewals; exhibit in‑depth knowledge of all club and lounge membership policies.
• Proactively mitigate customer‑service errors and deficiencies.
• Assist guests in all areas of premium passenger service.
