Job summary

• 7+ years of progressive operational leadership in home health, hospice operations, or clinical travel staffing.
• Experience in Home Health/Hospice operations highly preferred.
• Deep working knowledge of EMR systems, especially HCHB.
• Ability to synthesize raw data into clear, leadership-ready insights.
• Understanding IRS guidelines for travel stipends and multi-state employment regulations.
