Job summary

• 7+ years of progressive operational leadership in Home Health, Hospice operations, or clinical travel staffing are required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Deep working knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required.
• Ability to synthesize raw data into actionable leadership insights.
• Understanding of IRS guidance for travel stipends/reimbursement and multi-state employment regulations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A Minimum of 7+ years of progressive operational leadership and hands-on experience in Home Health, Hospice operations, or clinical travel staffing is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• EMR Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Data Proficiency: Ability to synthesize raw data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Compliance Literacy: Understanding of IRS guidelines for travel stipends/reimbursement and familiarity with multi-state employment regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
