Elara Caring is seeking a Travel Clinical Team Manager to lead clinical staff across travel branches, ensuring the delivery of high quality home health and hospice services. The role involves directing nursing teams, coordinating patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The candidate will oversee staff, collaborate with providers and ensure timely referrals and quality improvement initiatives while supporting a 100% travel regimen.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current State RN license in all states within travel region.
• Leadership experience in home health, hospice, or similar settings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the delivery of professional home health and hospice care across travel branches.
• Supervise Clinical Supervisors, office and field staff to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Coordinate services with providers, vendors and facilities; manage staff assignments and patient re-certifications.
