Job summary

PedrosVacations is seeking a Remote Travel Planning Specialist to help clients research destinations, compare options, and arrange accommodations, transport, and activities. You will manage itineraries, confirmations, and updates from a fully remote home office.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to juggle multiple client requests while learning new tools and processes. Training is provided, with ongoing support and access to digital travel-planning tools.

We're looking for organized, client-focused individuals to help travelers research options, build trip plans, and coordinate important travel details from home.

As a Remote Travel Planning Specialist, you'll assist with destination research, accommodations, transportation, activities, reservations, and itinerary organization while helping clients stay informed throughout the planning process.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
