Traveling with Mchaila is seeking a Travel Workflow Planner to coordinate travel requests, reservations, and planning details in a fully remote role. You will track timelines, update booking information, and follow up on open items to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

The role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training and access to industry tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Naturally organized and detail-focused; able to track multiple items.
• Strong written and verbal communication; follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize when several tasks demand attention.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to learn new software and booking platforms.
• Dependable, self-motivated and proactive.
• Background in administration, scheduling, customer service, coordination or planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
