Job summary

Traveling with Mchaila is seeking a Work From Home Travel Planner to assist clients in planning unforgettable travel experiences. The role is fully remote and focuses on coordinating reservations, managing itineraries and delivering exceptional customer support.

You will work with established systems and training to create seamless travel experiences from start to finish. You will research destinations, customize itineraries, monitor bookings and maintain accurate records while communicating

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Authorized to work in your country of residence.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, flights, tours and transportation.
Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
Research destinations, accommodations and travel options.
Coordinate reservations and monitor booking confirmations.
Communicate with clients throughout the planning process to provide updates and answer questions.
Review travel documents and itineraries for accuracy before departure.
Maintain organized digital records and client files.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after travel.
