Traveling with Mchaila is seeking a Travel Workflow Planner to help move travel requests, reservations, and planning details forward in a fully remote role. The role combines organization, communication, and follow-through to ensure no detail is missed.

You will track requests, update booking information, follow up on open items, and help keep daily planning tasks organized. Training is provided along with the tools needed to learn the role and thrive in the workflow.

Qualifications

• Naturally organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote setting.
• Willing to learn new software and booking platforms.
• Experience in administration, scheduling, or coordinating is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of travel requests and booking timelines from start to confirmation.
• Organize reservation details, confirmations, and important trip information.
• Follow up with clients when additional information or clarification is needed.
• Monitor open tasks and ensure outstanding items are addressed.
• Communicate with clients and team members via email and online platforms.
