Elite Escapes invites you to join a remote Travel Planner team focused on sales-driven travel experiences. Design custom itineraries, present options, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

This role supports clients from initial questions through post-trip follow-up, with onboarding and coaching on products, suppliers, and planning techniques.

Fully remote, part-time or full-time, with room to grow and specialize in travel planning. Collaborative, supportive culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bold client-facing communication and ability to guide conversations to a decision.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and itineraries with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration tools is a plus.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Uncover client needs, present tailored options, and close the sale.
• Handle payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc., promptly and professionally.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups.
