Medium is hiring Entry-Level Travel Assistants to support our travel planning process. This is a great opportunity to enter the travel industry with full training provided. You'll work remotely and assist with research, booking, and client communication.

Responsibilities include gathering travel options, booking hotels/cruises/flights, following up with clients, and communicating with suppliers. No experience is necessary; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interest in travel and helping people
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering travel options based on client preferences
• Help with booking hotels, cruises, flights, and packages
• Follow up with clients on details, confirmations, and updates
• Communicate with travel suppliers as needed
• Learn supplier systems and tools
• Participate in team meetings and supplier trainings
