Medium is a rapidly growing travel agency offering cruises, hotels, vacation rentals, and all-inclusive packages. We are hiring an Entry-Level Travel Assistant to support our planning process with full training provided, working remotely across the U.S.

You will assist with research, bookings, and client communication. Responsibilities include gathering travel options based on client preferences, booking hotels, cruises, flights and packages, and following up on details.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interest in travel and helping people
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering travel options based on client preferences
• Help with booking hotels, cruises, flights, and packages
• Follow up with clients on details, confirmations, and updates
• Communicate with travel suppliers as needed
• Learn supplier systems and tools
• Participate in team meetings and supplier trainings
