Destination Knot is seeking Travel Operations Coordinators to assist with coordinating travel arrangements and supporting the operational side of travel planning. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure smooth itineraries for clients.

You will use booking platforms and travel resources to help with reservations, itinerary details, and logistics while working remotely and collaborating with a supportive team to provide excellent traveler

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating travel arrangements including flights and accommodations.
• Strong attention to detail and records management.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online systems.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or logistics.
• Customer service or operations experience is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and packages.
• Support itinerary coordination and travel logistics.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm reservations and availability.
• Maintain accurate booking records and client communications.
• Assist with organizing travel schedules, documentation, and trip logistics.
• Monitor supplier updates, schedule changes, and travel notifications.
• Provide support to travelers with questions before and during travel.
• Stay informed on travel promotions and destination information.
