Job summary

Destination Knot is seeking Remote Travel Coordinators to help clients plan and coordinate flights, hotels, cruises, and itineraries from a home-based setting.

You will use established booking platforms and travel resources to deliver seamless trip experiences, communicate with suppliers, and maintain detailed records, with training and growth opportunities in a supportive, flexible remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and details simultaneously.
• Customer-service mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online systems.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or logistics.
• Previous experience in customer service, travel planning, hospitality, or coordination is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning and destination recommendations based on their preferences.
