Job summary

Prestige Travel Agency by Mich is seeking a Travel Customer Experience Representative to support clients throughout their travel journey, from booking through post-trip follow-up in a fully remote environment. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and messages, assist with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, and provide destination information and policy guidance.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service experience required; travel or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
