Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand vacation interests, dates, and budgets.
• Explore destinations and match available experiences to client preferences.
• Research accommodations, cruise itineraries, vacation packages, and excursions.
• Review supplier offerings and compare suitable travel arrangements.
• Prepare vacation options and explain relevant features and inclusions.
• Provide information about reservation policies and booking requirements.
• Coordinate requested services using authorized supplier platforms.
• Verify traveler details, confirmations, and reservation information.
• Organize client documentation, booking records, and itinerary details.
• Monitor payment requirements, deadlines, and outstanding arrangements.
• Respond to client inquiries and communicate important booking updates.
• Assist with routine reservation changes and pre-departure preparations.
