Job summary

Effortless travel solutions ETS is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact for clients during travel planning. You will ensure clear communication and maintain client satisfaction through personalized support and timely follow-ups.

This remote independent role offers flexible scheduling, training access, and opportunities for professional development. Previous customer service experience is desired, but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
