Nexoratalent is hiring a Remote Travel Experience Specialist to help clients plan and coordinate personalized travel experiences with exceptional service. This entry- to experienced-level role focuses on communication, organization, and attentive client care in a fully remote setting.

You will engage with clients across phone, email, and online messaging, coordinate details, provide options, and manage reservations and updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests.
• Comfortable using computers and web-based tools.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, coordination, or travel is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning, scheduling, and experience-related requests.
