Job summary

Nexoratalent is seeking a motivated Remote Travel Experience Specialist to support clients in planning personalized travel experiences with outstanding service from first inquiry through final plans. You will communicate via phone, email, and online messaging, coordinate travel details, and deliver an attentive, professional experience in a flexible, fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests.
• Comfortable using computers and web-based tools.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, coordination, or travel is a plus but not required.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or client experience.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with travel planning, scheduling, and experience-related requests.
• Coordinate travel details, preferences, and service arrangements.

• Assist with reservations, confirmations, updates, and changes as needed.

• Follow up with clients to ensure their plans are properly coordinated.
