You will provide attentive and professional support throughout the planning process in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requests.
• Comfortable using computers and web-based tools.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, coordination, or travel is a plus but not required.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or client experience.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with travel planning, scheduling, and experience-related requests.
• Coordinate travel details, preferences, and service arrangements.
• Provide clients with accurate information regarding available options, schedules, and requirements.
• Assist with reservations, confirmations, updates, and changes as needed.
• Maintain organized client records and travel-related documentation.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their plans are properly coordinated.
