Hope's Global Getaways is seeking Travel Experience Advisors to join our fully remote virtual team. You will help clients explore vacation possibilities and tailor experiences that match their interests, from cruises to luxury getaways, all while delivering attentive service.

Training is provided, with flexible part-time or full-time options. You'll gain exposure to established suppliers, booking platforms, and destination knowledge, and you may access travel industry benefits and certifications

Qualifications

• Well-organized and detail-oriented in planning vacations.
• Proficient with email, web research, and online tools.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand vacation goals and preferences.
• Research destinations, dates, budgets, and interests.
• Present personalized vacation options and explain inclusions.
• Coordinate arrangements using approved supplier resources.
• Provide confirmation details and keep records organized.
• Stay in contact with clients throughout planning and prep.
• Monitor reservations and upcoming payment dates.
• Review arrangements for accuracy and handle updates.
