The role requires strong typing, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, the ability to work remotely, and the discipline to meet daily and weekly productivity goals while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further degrees are a plus.
• Experience in data entry, admin support, or related roles preferred.
• Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM or database systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update travel, hotel, activity, and accessibility data into databases.
• Verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain records by updating existing information and correcting discrepancies.
