Responsibilities include data entry, quality checks, organizing digital files, collaborating with internal teams, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous data entry, admin support, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent typing with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM or database systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update travel, hotel, activity, and accessibility information into company databases.
• Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain records by updating existing information and correcting discrepancies.
• Organize digital files and documentation according to company standards.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
• Generate reports and assist with data management projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
