Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, administrative support, or related role preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work remotely.
• Experience with CRM or database systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update travel, hotel, activity, and accessibility information.
• Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain records by updating existing information and correcting discrepancies.
• Organize digital files and documentation according to company standards.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
• Generate reports and assist with data management projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
