Job summary

Skillerszone is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. You will accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain travel, accessibility, and customer-related information within our internal systems to ensure travelers have access to reliable data.

You will enter travel, hotel, and accessibility data, review for accuracy, manage records, and run quality checks while collaborating with internal teams and meeting daily productivity goals in a remote work setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education a plus.
• Proven data entry, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent typing speed with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM or database systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update travel, hotel, activity, and accessibility information into company databases.
• Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain records by updating existing information and correcting discrepancies.
• Organize digital files and documentation according to company standards.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
• Generate reports and assist with data management projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
