Skillerszone is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. You will accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain travel, accessibility, and customer-related information within our internal systems to help travelers plan with reliable data.

You will review data for completeness, organize digital files, and perform routine quality checks. Strong typing, MS Office/Google Workspace skills, and the ability to work remotely are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional degrees are a plus.
• Previous data entry or admin experience preferred.
• Excellent typing and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Remote work ability.
• Familiarity with CRM or databases is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately enter and update travel, hotel, activity, and accessibility information into company databases.
• Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain records by updating existing information and correcting discrepancies.
• Organize digital files and documentation according to company standards.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
• Generate reports and assist with data management projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.
