Job summary

Skillerszone is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, update, verify, and maintain travel, accessibility, and customer-related information within our internal systems. You will help ensure travelers have access to reliable information when planning their trips.

The role requires strong typing, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting daily and weekly productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM or database systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update travel, hotel, activity, and accessibility information into company databases.
• Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain records by updating existing information and correcting discrepancies.
• Organize digital files and documentation according to company standards.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
• Generate reports and assist with data management projects as needed.
