Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective travelers to learn about vacation interests and goals.
• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.
• Recommend travel experiences aligned with client preferences and budget.
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel services.
• Assist clients from initial inquiry through the reservation process.
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, social media, and virtual meetings.
• Work with preferred travel suppliers to confirm bookings and details.
• Review itineraries, confirmations, and booking information for accuracy.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
• Stay informed about destination trends, supplier promotions, and new opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional support before, during, and after each trip.
