Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management is seeking Travel Consultants to handle end-to-end travel management for clients across the United States. You will converse with clients across channels to determine destination, dates, and preferences, then book domestic and complex international itineraries using Sabre.

Responsibilities include handling quotes, ensuring accuracy, and meeting KPIs like productivity and attendance. A strong focus on customer service and compliance with travel regulations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel.
• Experience using a GDS system; Sabre required, Amadeus a plus.
• Strong knowledge of city, airline, hotel and car rental codes.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and meet home-office requirements.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes.
• Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain account knowledge to assist clients without delay.
• Meet KPIs as outlined by management, including productivity and attendance.
• Provide travel expertise and send quotes for international travel.
• Communicate with airlines on flight changes and updates to clients.
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
