• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or travel is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and virtual communication tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
• Friendly, customer-first attitude with an interest in travel.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work.
