Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, interests, expectations, and budget.
• Design customized itineraries for leisure, milestones, family vacations, honeymoons, and special occasions.
• Research and recommend hotels, resorts, villas, cruises, private tours, restaurants, transportation, and exclusive experiences.
• Develop relationships with travel suppliers, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and other partners.
• Manage reservations and coordinate flights, accommodations, transfers, excursions, dining, and special requests.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on destinations, dining, activities, and seasonal considerations.
• Anticipate challenges and resolve issues before and during trips.
• Maintain accurate client profiles, preferences, reservations, and travel documents.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout planning and travel process.
• Deliver a highly personalized, white-glove level of service.
• Stay current on travel trends, new destinations, properties, experiences, and supplier offerings.
• Follow up with clients after travel to gather feedback and identify future opportunities.
• Build and maintain a loyal client portfolio through referrals and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, expectations, and budget.
• Design customized itineraries for leisure, milestone celebrations, family vacations, honeymoons, and special occasions.
• Research and recommend hotels, resorts, villas, cruises, private tours, restaurants, transportation, and exclusive experiences.
