Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably travel/hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging.
• Assist with travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and requests.
• Provide destination information and agency policies clearly.
• Confirm itineraries and coordinate booking details.
• Follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure satisfaction.
