You will assist with planning and managing bookings, provide travel advice, and ensure satisfaction through follow-ups. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, packages, excursions).
• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions with a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
• Provide recommendations and travel advice tailored to client needs.
• Follow up with clients before and after trips to ensure satisfaction.
