Travelbynight is seeking a Travel Reservations & Client Support Specialist to help keep every aspect of vacation planning organized and moving forward. You’ll respond to client questions, gather travel preferences, research options, and assist with hotel, resort, cruise, activities and other reservations.

You’ll review details for accuracy, organize confirmations, track deadlines, and maintain positive client relationships after travel.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail matters.
• Communicate professionally, stay organized, manage multiple requests, and follow through without needing constant supervision.
• Comfortable learning online platforms and completing ongoing travel-industry training.
• Previous travel experience isn't required.
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, reservations, retail, education, sales, or similar roles may transfer skills.
