Job summary

Travelbynight is seeking a personable Client Travel Liaison to support clients as they research, plan, and coordinate travel and related experiences. The role centers on customer service and relationship building, with remote work flexibility, and emphasis on learning new booking resources and technology.

You will communicate with clients to understand needs, research options, coordinate reservations, and provide ongoing planning support while maintaining organized records and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• No prior travel industry experience required; applicable backgrounds include customer service, hospitality, education, administrative support, sales, event planning or other client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and learn their needs and preferences.
• Research travel, accommodations, cruises, resorts, activities and experiences.
• Present suitable options based on client requests.
• Assist with reservations and coordinating trip details.
• Communicate important information, updates and next steps.
• Provide responsive customer service before and during travel.
• Maintain organized client records and follow-up.
• Complete training and stay informed about destinations, suppliers and industry resources.
