Qualifications

• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be 18+ with a computer and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with bookings, confirmations, changes, and general questions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate itinerary updates, travel documents, or supplier changes.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to fulfill requests.
• Stay informed about travel policies and industry changes relevant to clients.
